Return policy

 

We are happy to issue store credit for products that are faulty or damaged. The return deadline is 120 days from the original shipment confirmation date. If you would like to return a product, please print out this form, fill in the return details and enclose it in your returns package.

 

Please retain the proof of postage. We will cover the return postage up to £3.50.
